The garland came well-packaged and without any assembly required. And because living in a 2 bedroom flat doesn't neccessarily give you the luxury of endless storage, I opted for a pre-lit garland that was easy to use and store. The material is of good quality, but will require a bit of care when handling as pieces of the garland may tear apart when fluffing and shaping. Don't get me wrong - It's not TOO delicate, but obviously if handled with care, you'll get more out of it's lifespan. It's got a flexible metal spine that you can easily manipulate to suit whatever shape and form you want to mould it into. Not a lot of lights included, but I prefer it subdued so that the focus still remains on the Christmas tree. The lights are AA battery operated, and has a timer option in the switch so you don't have to worry about turning it on and off everyday. It comes plain and bare, so you can upscale or downscale the decorating according to your preference. It has a good weight to it and seems well-made to last for quite some time. I attached mine on the walls with medium-sized clear command hooks, and 2 christmases running, so far so good. For storing, you can fold them to fit your usual storage box for Christmas decor and it doesn't take a lot of space. Win-Win!

So the product is ‘dull’ in terms of the LED lights, despite putting in brand new batteries. You also need a bachelors degree in untying/unravelling things, to be able to make it look like anything in the advertised photo. At one point I almost put it straight into the bin. Not expensive, however not as good as advertised in the photo. Avoid.

This is advertised as a pre-lit garland and the photos emphasise this. These suggest that the lights are built into the garland branches with integral wiring. In fact, it is just a plain garland, not too pretty and unpackaged, with a battery operated light set thrown into the bag. This is not my idea of pre-lit and means that lights have to be self assembled once in place. I already have unlit garlands and lights I could have used if that was what I wanted. Seller has refused to accept mis-description and deducted postage on return despite accepting the return initially with that as reason for return. Now I'm taking this up with Amazon directly to get full refund. Full amount now refunded.

This came coiled in a way that was very difficult to straighten out, lots of thick pointy wire ends of 'branches' sticking out that can scratch you. It's very stiff when trying to shape it while working on one end the other that you've arranged pops out of shape, so had to install hooks and tape to hold it in place properly. The whole thing is thin and not bushy it takes a lot of work to get it to look reasonably full. We timed the lights and at 7 hours they still hadn't turned off. The timer function was the whole reason we went for this one over other cheaper options, and the fact that it doesn't work is a disappointment.
